As a registered nurse with over 35 years experience, and a background in Naturopathy, I have personally experienced and value the many aspects of health and as such, I am a passionate advocate for bridging medicine with natural health.
Qualified with the Academy of Precision Health, I am pleased to now incorporate Nutrigenomic DNA and biomarker testing in my practice. My goal is to target the root cause of your symptoms of sub-health and dis-ease to optimise your healthy aging and wellness through personalised nutrition, diet and lifestyle recommendations.
