Pathways to Wellness Integrative Health proudly supports Create a Path with Heart Foundation
Create a Path with Heart Foundation is a non-profit, non-government, community service organisation established in December 2023 that is dedicated to the health, wellness, and care of the temporarily disadvantaged members of Littlehampton community and it's surrounds. Other important members of the local community include the animals in the region who will also be entitled to care and convalescence services, whether it be pets, livestock, or local native or introduced fauna
To ensure that all causes are successfully achieved, connections and networks with relevant specialists, businesses, organisations, and community groups are being established and nurtured throughout the region. This will enable a wider range of community participants to be involved and therefore able to help more people and animals who may require assistance that is not available through traditional avenues
To self-generate the revenue needed to successfully work towards and accomplish the causes, access will be offered to the services supplied to all in the community, with those participants who are identified as being both able and willing to make fair recompense for services rendered. These funds, along with other additional avenues will then be utilised to ensure the participation of community members who would not normally have access to the services, programs, and projects being supplied

Our Aim
More than 15 percent of Australians describe their current health as poor and while there are many opportunities for them to gain assistance, it is also evident that there is still a large number who are seeking assistance to achieve or maintain a healthier life, through more natural and holistic techniques and resources
Many adults, of all ages, are struggling through current challenges and understandably feeling that they are caught in a rut of working to live, pay bills and survive, eventually experiencing burnout and unable to cope. Losing touch with working to enjoy living, to find a work life balance that is meaningful, gives satisfaction and joy. The constant feeling of striving toward what’s important, whether it be better health, life purpose, or a career change
To assist the community through these challenges, Create a Path with Heart Foundation is coordinating a series of programs and projects which will supply natural health techniques, mentoring, life-coaching, and resources that will enable all who participate to identify effective and successful practices and skills that will enable them to find their balance and ability to find joy, love, and self-realisation

Our Local Community
Littlehampton is a small hamlet just a stones throw across the freeway from Mount Barker, a large regional hub in the Adelaide Hills. Before the South Eastern Freeway was built, the main route between Adelaide and Melbourne was the Princess Highway, and is now a stunning scenic route connecting the local historic towns. The beautiful countryside is lush, and undulating with surrounding dairy, grain and mixed agriculture farms. Today there are many fine vineyards & cellar doors in the region as well as cafes, restaurants, roadside stalls, tourist attractions, market gardens, pick your own orchards, wholesale plant gardens and hobby farms. Local accommodation choices provide visitors with a peaceful, cosy environment close to services and amenities.
